We're having a barbeque, then I'm going for a ride. Though it'll be a rubbish gentle ride as I've ****ed up my ribs. Ah well, at least I'm not at work eh?

Well I did at least cycle to work and am gonna go for a bit of a detour on the way home.
went riding this morning, now drinking beer in the sun in the garden
recovering from a 16 hour photoshoot, drinking a cold beer.
Watched the DH World Cup..... ah ha... beer, now that's what was missing!
