Thieves have stolen some high end bikes from the Alpine Bikes shop at Nevis Range, Fort William. Here are the details from the Alpine site below.
Please keep a look out for these - Fergus Lamb, Scottish Downhill Champions bike is amongst the bikes stolen - and 3 staff bikes were stolen which are all quite unique so should be easy to spot if not broken down!
[i]Last night 30/10/11 several bikes were stolen from our Nevis Range hire centre.
The bikes were a mix of customer, hire/demo and our own staff members’ bikes so as you can imagine we are distraught. If you come across any bikes or suspicious parts for sale which match the descriptions below please contact us at online.help@alpinebikes.co.uk or the Fort William Shop on 01397 704 008 so we can contact the Police.
Most of the bikes are very unique builds so should be easy to spot if they haven’t been broken down – please keep an eye out at your local trails!

Isn't that a bit unusual for that area?? Doesn't come as a surprise though, there are scrotes everywhere nowadays.
