Just got back from couple hours riding at Stanmer park, park rammed with families, BBQ's, frisbies and cars
Trails are dry and running fast. Nice riding ! (apart from those silly tree saplings sprouting up everywhere)

I went for the first time 3 months ago and it was boggy as hell but great fun so looking forward to some dry runs there. Very technical and twisty in places.
