I wondewr if anyone can shed a little light on this for me please . Are the newer T type cranksets compatible with the older Eagle groupsets .ย  I know they are 55 mm chainline where as boost is nortmally 52mmย  .. I like the intergrated bash rings and cranksets but im not a fan of the direct frame mounted rear mech and happy to say bye bye to a hanger and use my older Eagle stuff .ย  Long and short is anyone using them with differnt chainrings or spacers ?

cranks would be compatible with a different chainring (either 3mm to run 55mm CL or 6mm for 52) but good luck finding a non-T-Type 8 bolt ring.

I believe the T-Type chainrings are backwards compatible with normal Eagle stuff. The compatibility chart from SRAM seems to confirm it.

55mm chainline seems to work better with everything for me, but given the chainstay length, 3mm isn't huge. All seems quite irrelevant in the grand scheme of things.

I did read with the Dub wide axle Id need a 3mm spacer none drive side and 7.5 drive sideย  ย , at the moment im running 4mm on the drive.ย  ย might look all a little odd
