Currently using 11 speed setup and upgrading to the GX Eagle this week, will my 11 speed trigger shifter work with the eagle setup ?

Your trigger has 11 clicks and Eagle has 12 gears so no. GX eagle shifters are a sensible price though

Having run the GX grip for 4000km on the 11sp I'd have no issues getting the GX grip on the 12sp - only hassle I've had is not finding replacement grip parts when that gets worn
