Code brakes moved on to new frame

Inevitably the rear hose is a little too short

What bits apart from hose and fluid do I need?

I'd just get new hose and buy some olive and barbs. You can get packs of ten olives and barbs for cheap, you don't really need to replace the rest.

The caliper end is crimped on so you’ll need the specific hose kit. It comes with all the bits you need.
