Hi Chaps,
When I bleed my Guide lever, and pressurise the system but pushing the oil back into the lever - I can see very small bubbles coming out of the hole in the bladder cover.
Has anyone else experienced this? I'm assuming that I need to replace the rubber bladder, as it's starting to perish?

Unless the fluid's coming out constantly when you pressurise it, it's more likely to just be moisture being expelled as the diaphragm expands.
Try holding pressure on it with the syringe to prove one or the other.
