Just got some new 650b wheels for my five rs and cant get cassette off the original wheel. Tried different cassette tools and cassette locks. Even taken it to local cycle shop to try. Same things happen.
I put in the cassette locking tool and as you tension it, it pops out. on further investigation when you put in the locking tool there is a little play which I imagine is why it pops out. I don't want to ruin the cassette as its a fortune to replace.
Anybody else been able to remove one or had the same problem?
