First time at Fort William for the DH World Cup - great fun, will definitely be going again.

Heh - was pretty pleased with how it only just started raining as I got on the bus back to Ft William 😀

Had an 'interesting' night out in FW on the saturday as well!

missed sat night in fort william,stayed on there slept in van to keep an eye on stall.

but heard its a good night out up there when its on so next year will go out round the town.

Which stall were you on Blower?

I saw a pretty good covers band in some club, followed by cheesy disco, followed by fighting in the street, and a naked man taking pictures of himself in his kitchen opposite the club. 😀

It was a great event again this year, helped by the dry weather and no midges 😉
I was pleased with some of my pics, certainly a lot more keepers than I took last time.

Grum - was that your camera on a gorilla pod that could be seen on freecaster?

It was just inside the tapes near the bottom of the course on later runs - about where your first photo was taken from

ourkidsam - nope, wasn't using a gorillapod - just seen it on freecaster though. 🙂
