Different wheels, stem, seatpost is lower in first pic, only half a water bottle in second.

Hmm, very observant, although the seat height is the same; I had to order another 'seatmast' cause the old one split, and the new one is longer.
Trying to use up my old racing wheels, hence the Heliums in the second pic...
