Not Evoc no, but did have a bike bag damaged and replaced FOC.

Maybe a bit different for you, but we'd landed back in Mcr late at night, my mate had to get off due to being picked up etc.. so once he got his stuff shot off. My bag came out with a wheel missing and a rip. Couldn't do anything as my mate had all the docs (he'd booked the trip, flights etc..)

Next day called up the baggage claim line on the easyjet page, spoke to someone and explained that with no docs, late at night and no desk open I couldn't have reported it any earlier. Asked me to send in a few pics and proof I'd been on the flight etc.. they then arranged to collect the bag. Called a couple of days later to ask if I wanted vouchers or a new bag as they don't repair the type I had (might not be the same for Evoc though). I opted for the new bag and it arrived within a week direct from an online shop.

Mine acquired a small cut on its last journey. Nothing drastic - duck tape job. ๐Ÿ™‚

My bag was cut last year too BigDummy and I did do the duct tape thing but this one is much bigger.

TBH the Evoc fabric isn't that hardy -ย  too open a weave (And if I do get to chose another bag I will search hard as I'm not overly impressed with the Evoc one)

Carlos - thanks for the reply - the Easyjet bag damage link - site now closed down so I've e mailed them - will see what happens.........
