Wilburforce off here was up at Kentmere on Saturday, he couldn't believe the amount of snow and Ice still up there either.

Looks like fun though Simon

I'm sure the people of Cumbria are praying that the thaw in the mountains is very gradual so they don't end up to their necks in flood water again.

it was funny that the continuous rain didn't seem to be having much effect on the snow, yet there was running water in many places I've not seen it before...
