Why the heck do I get a runny nose whilst on the bike when I don't have a cold or hay fever....

Apparently is just your lungs clearing out any rubbish in there, nothing to worry about

i don't even have to be on the bike i have a snotty nose typing this.

As I said the other day, the Yorkshire Dales & NYM are covered in my snot. About 20 years worth.
Stop flapping.
(also lots of Scotland, the Peaks & the Alps)
So if it's slippery, it could be down to me.

Think it's also tears draining through your ducts into your nose.
I find the snot rocket helps
