My rev team dual airs don't seem to have very good small bump sensitivity, even more noticeable now I've switched to full suss from hardtail. I've serviced them and they are lovely and plush, but they just seem to chatter over the smaller stuff. If I add more neg air the fork gets pulled into it's travel, if I reduce the pos air I get fork dive.
Anyone got any ideas? My old 130mm rev 426 seemed a lot better. I'm almost thinking of getting some fox vanillas at this rate! ):

set your pos air and then your neg. let the neg air pull into the travel just a smidge. Keep the wiper seals lubed to help minimise stiction.

I usually put 5-10psi more in the neg, gives the fork a bit of a helping hand in the initial part of the stroke

use fork juice on the stanctions

works a treat

not trying to be insulting but is your motion control turned off because it sounds like there is a compression damping issue, or a rebound issue where the forks are not rebounding quick enough Just a thought

hope this helps

My rev airs were compromised on square edged hits..could this be related?
