I have a Chris Hoy Beijing Olympics polo shirt along with a certificate of authenticity and a signed poster. It's been sat in a cupboard for years. What's it worth? And where would I sell it?

Take loads of different photos, great description and get it on eBay..
Might be a hassle, but if you're not sure of the value, it's the best thing to do.
Start it at 99p, put a reserve if you want, then sit back and watch! 🙂
