I don't know why the STW IT bods just have some scheduled downtime in order to get everything working right. As it has been flakey since the last alleged hardware 'update'.

^^ That would just be too sensible?

Always wondered that myself..

Perhaps we're in a constant state of beta testing?

Don't worry I believe the team will have it finished very soon as they've a contract to update the UK's air traffic control systems.

neninja - thats why I have just cancelled my auto renewal. Think I will see what offers Dirt have on subscriptions. Also reading an on-screen magazine just isnt the same.

nearly.

this a mostly free site, which invites us to pay for further features.

i think that's a good idea, and i'll be paying for the extra features just as soon as the hamsters get replaced...

i'd be bloody annoyed if i was paying for this.

but because i don't pay, i'm not that bothered.

i'd definitely buy a 'shonkytrackworld' T-shirt - with couple of sleepy hamsters on it.

It's a shonky load of bollocks at the mo, and doesn't seem to be improving; been down 3 times today for me too.

I appreciate the effort that goes in, and appreciate that it's free, but it does kind of try the patience a leetle....

now dont start or you'll get Mark out here with his little violin and singing that touching lament about how the advertising doesnt cover the costs of the web-presence ๐Ÿ˜‰

Brings a tear to yer eye, so it does...
