Yeah it does have a collar cheers, I'm just looking at ordering a chain guide and wasn't sure of the diameter needed.
The seat tube is externally butted, so where a chain guide is attached you'll be wanting a 28.6mm clamp.

got mine direct from n-gear in the states..

re your site - parts of the site are working, but most is not - seems to be an issue with paths etc as links are broken and pics missing
seems to be some /www/ in the urls so pages are being directed towards:
http://www.singularcycles.com/www/parts.htm when the old page which still works is
http://www.singularcycles.com/parts.htm
Hmmm, bizarro. Will look into it. Anyhow the new site should be launching tonight...
