As above, are Silverfish still the official Fox service centre for the UK?

If not, then who is.

TIA

Yes but there is also Fox's own service centre in Woking

Thanks.

Any reason to choose one over the other?

I'd just check current lead times. Silverfish Mojo is running about ten days right now.

Returned my bike for a warranty repair and was told that Silverfish were not the official service centre anymore. The Shock would be going to Foxes own service centre for a free repair, so I assume Silverfish don't do warranty jobs?

My forks are with Silverfish for a warranty job right now. They came from CRC so maybe there's a difference between complete bikes and forks only. That would be odd though as my forks are clearly OEM.

Think the Silverfish place (in Risca?) did my X2 warranty recently.

They did just send me a new one though.

My shock warranty had to be done by fox; I originally arranged it with silverfish, sent it to them, they called me to say that it was a job for fox so they sent it to them who then sent me a new one...

But apparently they do still do other forx warranty stuff. So, no and yes or maybe.ย
