Does anyone have a telephone number or other avenue of communication for Sientries? I booked myself onto this years Whinlatter challenge but i will be unable to compete as ive broken my collar bone. I have emailed a few times but not got a response and I would like to call them now to kindly ask for a refund.

Do refund requests not need to go via the organiser of the event?. SI are effectively just a contracted service. You might be asking the wrong people, hence no response.
I organise a few things and use SI (and other online providers). Refund requests come to me as the organiser, and I then instruct/do the admin with the online entry company.
