[#4928494]

Picked up a set of Midge bars on eBay as fancied a change and was missing having a bike with drops... Not sure what I'm going to do with them yet. Either going on the 1x1 for summer commuting or monstercrossing my Karate Monkey. Just need to source some cheap BB7s.

So come on chaps, show me some inspiration...

Had to do hideous things to my Scandal frame to compensate for the low HT height, but it was nice to ride. In fact I went on and built a Pompetamine with 35c SB8s with pretty much the same build instead and that's been many places since.

I've done about 150 miles on the Fargo so far and I'm loving it. Once the clocks change I'll be off on a multi day trip.

Global ti softail, magura/rond O24U fork, Magura HS66/Julie hybrid brakes.
Rides very well. Done probably 3-400 miles or so since built and had no issues at all.
Going to fit a frame bag and seat pack and handlebar bag, and do some offload touring over Easter.

Great pics guys. Some really nice bikes. Particularly like the Singulars and metal_leg's Salsa which may just have reassured me that brown grip tape and saddle is so wrong it may just be right for my punkin' orange 1x1!

Rogerthecat - do you have a habit of losing bikes in the dark by any chance?

Rogan Josh - I do!

Not often though, I've got some open, messing-about-in-water trainery-type-things that I wear when it's pissing down in the summer.
