Having always had Hopes before, I am at a loss as to how best go abot shortening my Elixir hoses.
Do I need any parts or a bleed kit?

The bleed kit will come with the hose barb and olive required plus its difficult to believe you could complete the job without getting air in so bleeding afterwards would be necessary.
