So it's kind of a 'dark gold' perhaps?

You do all realise that you're all looking at different colours, unless your monitors have been gamma corrected?

Mango would def be better with black rims and spokes.

It'll show up the colour more.

Not only that al but they do the King anodising in batches and the different batches all come out slightly different colours anyway.

So if you're buying hubs buy them as a pair.

Black or silver, all you need ๐Ÿ˜€

Also, avoiding King products also leave beer money for Friday nights!

It's a toss up between one of these... always liked a black/gold (and mango obviously ๐Ÿ˜† ) colour scheme, not so sure on a white/gold/black scheme...

well, I think it will look quite pimpy on white or black. But then you have to arrive at trail centres and people like me will take the piss. Unless you are very well built or good at riding your bike, then I'd just ignore you and your pimpy cider coloured hubs!

Ja... to me ๐Ÿ˜‰ For my Ibis build they will be, but I was planning a more gold themed event, worried now that mango might be spoiling the party... ๐Ÿ˜†

I'm kind of wanting to replicate the Crank Brothers Iodine wheelset really...

... so just do black or silver hubs. You can overdo the anodising you know ... and it sounds like there is goingto be plenty of gold on your dandyhorse ...

My montane smock is mango, and I'd say that cannondale is mango too. Those hubs are not gold or mango imo, more like orange or copper
