I've moved away from SPD's as they killed my knees. I've just bust the budget and am now a happy owner of some DMR vaults....
...Question is, what shoes do I get for PEANUTS with a firm sole?
Any advice from you ever so helpful & gratious ladies & gents appreciated....
...and I've got to say thanks to Team GB for making all of us proud irrespective of how far from out max HR BMP we get, what a show and effort to all of them, medals or otherwise. At 34 I've never felt so proud of these isles. Well done & thank you.

Look in TK max for cheap Vans (only really works if you're a girl or don't have feet sized 9-11). Or check out eBay. But I recommend spend the cash on a pair of 5:10s. Althougth they are really pricey now
