I’ve got a Rock Shox rear shock and a Bike Yoke dropper both in need of a service. I’d prefer not to get involved with posting them. Any recommendations for somewhere that can do both in the Exeter/ Devon area? Cheers

No, I don’t want to service them myself.

most dropper services are a 20 min job, I'd expect any LBS to be able to do it. Not sure on suspension in the south west

Re: the dropper that’s what I would have thought, but LBS seemed to be suggesting posting away for service and a cost of £99….

I used TF tune for my shock and forks service and tune. I think they are in south Gloc, which isn't far, but they also do a excellent courier system with insurance. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend RSF in Plymouth. Great guy, I'm in Crediton and drive down to Plymouth for him, prefer that to posting etc

In Exeter then try Rob Hardy. Outside Tim at Sidmouth Cycles. Not sure it they do this but they're my go to mechanics.

I know you said no posting, but most make it pretty easy with courier pick up. I sent a shock and fork away to J-Tech, and TBH it couldn't have been easier, book on-line, the courier will pick up from where ever you want, and return it. All I needed to do was find a box and I just went to my LBS and exchanged a newish Rock-Shox box for some sweeties.

Plus echo what the others said, I did my Bike Yoke, and it couldn't have been easier.
