On my capra it's got sram guide brakes, reverb and xo1 shifter all integrated nicely onto one clamp each side of the bars.
i hate the guide brakes and want to change them to saint/ zee so i was wondering if the xx1 shifter and reverb can be fitted to the shimano brake clamps or if they'll all need to be mounted seperately.
has anyone done this or have and wise words as to whether it's possible?
thanks!
Think you will struggle to mount them together as the use different types of mount.
What's wrong with the Guide brakes that makes you want to change them?
Only ask as a Pal has those and thinks they're great.
br - this is only my personal opinion but they're just not as good as shimano. I've had problems with the rear eating pads, not working properly on any decent length descent and the pad contact adjustment not working.
oh and they squeal.

I've not found a solution to getting a Reverb combined with Shimano brakes though
yup, as above I used adapters to join my shimano brakes and sram shifters and mounted the reverb on its own upside down on the left. 🙂
Great thanks guys, so anyone know the cheapest place for saints?!
CRC are doing Saints at 107 an end and if you can find a code somewhere you'd be looking at £100
