It was just the later Tiagra 5700 10 speed shifters/ rear mech that had same cable pull as 11 speed right?

Tiagra is 4700 (and 4600, 4500...) not 5700

Any 10spd 105 shifter (5600, 5700) will work with any 10spd 105 rear mech (5600, 5700)

Sorry, getting confused with all the Shimano model numbers!
