This Sunday 8th June sees our inaugural Twickenham Cycle Club Gravel Sportive, the Surrey Grumble. You are all welcome to what will be a low-key friendly event over two well-trialed gravel routes starting from Downside Village Hall A nice wind down from the Gralloch for you racers? or a pleasant trundle on that bike packing steel steed without luggage?

I have stuck this up on the KWCC forum, hopefully that’ll get some entries - the Surrey Rumble has always been a well attended event from us.
I'm looking forward to this. I see that the longest route which went up Ponds Lane was removed, presumably because the corresponding descent down Ride Lane isn't much good?
Cracking day out. Good weather and a great route. The rain had softened up a lot of the more technical singletrack. Bring wide tyres next year, And avoid trolls under small bridges 😉 (Tis but a flesh wound).
