Im having trouble setting up my float RLC 36's iv only been on my spicy 4 times and they are still very stiff can anyone help ?

Depends what you mean by "stiff"

My Talas's had a lot of stiction before I fitted the low friction seals. When I say "a lot" they simply did'nt move over small washboard type bumps. The seals resolved this but this brings another (potential) problem. The low friction seals only have one feather edge instead of two & this IMO increases the chance of dirt getting past.

Try giving them a bit more time to break in then give them a service.

Thanks mate will do iv only had my spicy a month and the weather hasn't been great to get it out more ๐Ÿ™

obvious questions first...

how much do you weigh?
what pressure are you currently running?
where do you currently have the rebound and compression set to?
whats your riding style? smooth/lumpy/heavy etc...

I always found with my floats that I have had to run them well under the recommended pressures for my weight. I also fitted the skf seals which helped a lot but sounds like to much air.
