[Closed] Servicing SIDs

I have a set of 05 SIDs that I was planning on taking the lowers off changing the oil and cleaning them up a bit, can anyone tell me how much oil and what weight I would need to put into the forks? I have looked at a service manual which suggests ammounts and weights for the top and bottom of each leg and the motion control but this is after disassembling the whole damping circuit which I wouldn't be doing so I'm assuming I just need the ammounts for the bottom of each leg. Can anyone tell me if this would be correct or not?
