Hi all,

I recently did a simple service in my fox float r forks. Upside down, removed lowers, cleaned and re-lubed sponge in lowers with fox float fluid, replaced lowers. All good.

My friend had rs recon 335's. Can/should we do the same thing with these, or is the procedure different? Any issues with using fox float fluid with the rs forks?

Thanks!

Yeah - you can do a similar thing.
Not sure about the Float Fluid, but I wouldn't have thought it would be a problem

Most RS forks have a bit more oil in the lowers than Fox, so potentially a bit more mess when you take the lowers off....

Did you do your Fox forks like this guy?

The forks in that video are mine (I'm not that guy, but the guy behind the camera!)

If it's any use we did my RS Domain's last night as it happens!
Video here if it helps:
