Have some 2014 pikes rtc3. They are lacking travel (should be 160 but getting 120mm) and the open, trail, firm setting don't work. They are smooth as I do the lowers service.
£150 for full service and damper rebuild or should I pay around £200 for the 2.1 damper upgrade?
Will the upgrade fit and is it worth it?
Any help appreciated. 🙏

2.1 damper won't fit. original charger is better to tune than the later ones.
J-tech will do a tune on the damper for you. Used them in the past for my kids stuff with great results.

I'd get the damper fixed and change the air shaft a newer version.
The B1 and C1 both felt way better than the original.
