Looking at a new frame - the specs sate:
"bearing cup size 44mm for 50mm OD H.tube"
Now my question is will the hope semi-integrated on fit - it has a inner dimension of 44.1 mm on most web shops? I presume its the OD that's important as the 44/44.1 mm is the bearing diam and has nothing to do with the OD/head tube fit 🙂

yes, the hope will fit! the hope integral cups are 44.1mm
