Hopefully not a double post due to sausage fingers.
Anyway, hopefully tomorrow I'm off to pick up a new RC World Cup. All the measurements compare well to my current bike but I just need to know if my estimated seat post extension (top of seat tube to centre of saddle clamp) of 27.75cm will leave enough post in the frame to satisfy the minimum insertion. Anyone know?

IIt depends on the length of the post - I'd say a 350mm is dangerously close to the seat tube/top tube interface and I wouldn't risk that on my new carbon frame, but you'd be OK with a 400mm post.

Thanks Kryton, just checked the Scott website and it does come with a 400mm post. Game on then!😆

Looking forward to it so much JohnW. So glad I held off a bit after some shops started discounting them 10%. Nearly ordered one then but just a couple of days ago Hargroves reduced one another £1000!!!
