Got some wheels with Procore installed and one of the valves turned out to be a bit messed up and now I've managed to snap it clean off which was daft. What's more annoying is that the innertube is at full pressure and the tyre is flat and I can't work out how to get the air out of the inner tube now. Any ideas?

I’d use a dart or similar, something that will only put a small sealable hole in the outer tyre.
You have to be careful with Pro core valves, I think the talcum powder from the inner tube mixed with sealant does a good job of clogging the valve.
