Has anyone put a 140 or 150mm fork on a tallboy (not the LT version). The Santa Cruz website says you can go to 140mm if you like so I was wondering if there was any harm in going to 150 while I was at it.

Are you sure, I thought they were limited to 120 mm. Also why would you want to do it. It's an XC frame. I ran mine with a 100 mm after demoing a bike with 120mm and thinking it seemed a bit barge like.
I'm currently running a 120mm fork which is pretty good but was wondering what other travel tallboy owners had tried and if it worked out. The 140mm comment is on the faq section of the tallboy bit of the sc uk website.
had fox float 34 140mm on mine, then pikes at 140mm

How are both the 140s and which do you prefer? I rode a stumpy with pikes the other day and was impressed.
