As per title, working fine when fully open but no firming up or locking out when I turn the dial....any ideas?

Under warranty so no point messing about with them, send them back.

Yea true, just wondered if it was an easy fix before I went down that road.

No, just send it back to the original place of purchase to return to Fishers to inspect.
