Well...

Almost guaranteed to be possible, just a question of which parts for your frame.

Best option is to have a look at the Rohloff website, it's very helpful and should show you what you'll need.

You'll have to look at whether the one you've been offered has a external or internal gearbox, axle type, what type of torque arm and how to deal with chain tension.

The Rohloff website should make this all clear.

Yes its possible

it depends what frame. You need an anti rotation devices of some sort. speedbone is the most common. You might need a different axle plate for the hub to use your desired antirotation device.

discs are a different fitment to standard if you have a disc brake bike and some hubs you cannot fit discs to

If as is common nowadays you have a vertical dropout frame you will need a chain tensioner
Have a look on the rohloff site for fitting instructions

have you got all the shifter parts?

Your frame spacing is going to be the first thing to check. Most of them are 135mm and it's only relatively recently that other options have become available.

As above (and as a previous owner):
- check whether it's disc or rim brake, as they are different.
- check whether it comes with the anti-torque fitting (speedbone etc)
- because you won't have a rear derailleur, you'll want to think about chain length. Will you use a single speed tensioner, or rely on a magic ratio? (I tried magic ratio and could never get it to stick and not stretch, sadly).
- Also, they come as standard with gripshift, so a smaller consideration is the half-length grip you'll need to fit the handlebar.
