are they easy to service as mine are a little spungie???

Same as any other RS fork to service if they have turn key damping they are the same as a tora. When i had some 100mm one's they took 93ml of oil in the damper.

They are oil and coil. Alternative would be air and oil which they certainly are not.

Easy enough to service, I've just done one. Theres a PDF tutorial here:
£12 for a seal kit, (same as the older Judy fork)I'd also recommend the O rings, as one of mine was split, and the crush washers for the bottom. A good clean and service made a big difference on my lad's bike. Err on the side of less when topping up the rebound oil or your travel will be reduced. I just dropped in 90ml instead of 93. 😉
