Cleaning wife's bike yesterday (after doing mine first) I feel really guilty that it is pretty heavy! Wheels have normal wire bead tyres and heavy cassette so I can probably do something about them.
The forks are pretty poor Suntour ones. Bike is about 9 months old but I think some nice forks would improve the ride and reduce the weight.
The current forks are white, so the new ones would have to be white as well.
Any recommendations for new or used ones? Reba or SID maybe.
Looking to spend up to £200.
Her bike is 15.5 inches so a cut down fork will still probably fit.

Reba is an excellent upgrade for Rockhopper imho.
I replaced the Tora on mine with a Reba Team about a year or so ago and have been very pleased with it.
