Hello. Very quick - probably stupid - question. I have both of these forks. The Reba is the standard on my Scott Spark 35. Is it worth swapping to the Fox? And would the Fox be OK on my bike - the Rock Shox is 120mm, Fox is 100mm. I don't need the 10mm travel, but don't want to compromise the bike at all. Thanks for your help! 😀 Theade
Keep the Reba, innit? Easy as anything to service, work really well, tough, light and new seals and stuff are cheap. Oh, and the goldy coloured stuff on the inner slidey bits won't wear off in just one ride....
When borked then replace. Until then just ride and stop worry.
If you have both, why don't you try the fox and see how they feel, then sell which ever you don't use, if that is what you are planning on doing.
Thanks guys. If there's not much in it, I might as well keep the Rebas - the Fox will look a bit gash on me bike anyway and will mean getting a new wheel. Cheers 😀
