thinking of swapping my HT and been offered a Cotic Roadrat.. can I run 29er wheels on that frame ? good idea or not ?

29er = 700c = erto 622 so fine in terms of rim dia

...as yer man says, not a lot of tyre clearance but I've got away with a fair bit of off-roading on cyclocross tryes on mine.

As you know I rode it out at Wharncliffe a couple of times, it was a little testing on the DH runs...

You will get Bonty 1.8's in fine.

Doh, public admition of lack of Knowledge !

Hi James, still go yours ? The most this would be used for is odd commute to work, then towing Charriot / tag along around Ladybower etc.
