I’ve got a few bits of clothing from Castelli, Gore and Sportful but looking to get a short sleeved jersey from Northwave or Madison...anyone have any idea how they size up? Eg Castelli are on the very small size...like if you want a large you should prob order a XXL! My attire is too red/black/white like my bike and I want to break the colours up a bit!
Madison size up more as you’d expect than Castilli.
I’m generally a small/medium in casual clothes and a Gore Small is a nice tight fit if you know what I mean? It’s a good fit. A medium is baggier and good for MTB. In Rapha gear, Most of my tops are medium, but I could easily now wear a small except in Pro-team cut in which case I’m definitely a medium. 35-36” chest for what it’s worth.
Have a look at Galibier stuff too, sized close to normal and great value.
Galibier is pretty accurate sizing wise.
If you can get past the brand name, Fat Lad at the Back sizing is exactly as advertised. And they often have smaller sizes on sale - go figure
