So I'm looking at a 28mm "CORSA N.EXT TUBELESS-READY ROAD TYRE" and the Blurb says:
"Compatibility: TSS (hookless) compatible for tubeless-ready (TLR) 28c upwards"
Does that mean it's intended only for use on hookless rims or that it can be used with either?
My Rim has hooks, does that mean I have to spend an extra tenner for a slightly different tyre?

It means that the tyre can be safely used on hookless rims (normally a lower pressure than hooked) as well as hooked.
