Caught a lad unloading full bin bags from his Transit (which he reloaded)....he was probably reorgansing his van....anyway got his reg/location but he'll probably just move somewhere further away to unload.
It was a pest terminator-livered van so I imagine the waste is easy to make a connection/link.

Next to the pidgeon tower but imagine he'd do it more down the lane that heads back to the road (don't know the names).
I'd have rechecked however my new tubeless tyre decided to tear itself.
