What's the verdict? Was / is it a fun event? I did the Transwales two years ago which I loved, so would like to know how it compares (apart from the obviously shorter distance).
Good stages? Any close racing?

Quite a tough race, loads of mud oozing out every pore of the landscape which made for technical riding. Thoroughly enjoyed the race and hats off to the organisers who had to make various changes due to the inclement summer weather. Will be back next year. One quibble though - not enough food.

Not good! Was it extreme catering or a different crowd? They were good at Transwales 2 years ago.
It def not Extreme catering they were feeding us last year and were superb - no comparision really with this crowd.
Oops! Looks like they need to find some balance in the cost cutting department.
