For under 100 quid. Anything exist for my old cidercone frame?

Needs to be 15mm as the wheelset I plan to use is that size.

I've been looking for one myself, the only one I could find was x-lite on CRC but they are discontinued..

I ran an x-lite for a few weeks on my 26" Hummer but the fork was way too long, on climbs the front end wandered everywhere and on the downhills you really had to hang weight over the front end to get traction which wasn't ideal, it'd be suicide on a frame like a Cindercone with old skool geometry.

Why not get hub adapters to run QR?

x-lite, whisky parts co, ragley, niner, and eXotic all make carbon forks with a 15mm axel. I have no idea how much they are, or even if all of them are still in production. Trouble is, a lot of them are tapered steerer.

Its not a hub that I can adapt as far as I'm aware. Would these work?

Hows that going to work? Surely you can't just support the weight of your wheel on a plastic spacer?

Don't think they will be plastic. Just put adapters in my NukeProof hub to drop it from 15mm to 9mm and they are alloy.
