Myself and a buddy are planning to ride the West Highland Way for three days starting first thing on the Sat morning of the 13th of Nov at Milngavie.
The plan is to overnight on the sat night at the Drovers Arms, then the Sunday at the Kingshouse Hotel on the Sunday night, then "somewhere' in FW on the Monday night. Then train it back to glasgow Tuesday morning.
The one deviation from the route will be the side of Loch Lomond which we will by pass using footpaths and roads.
We will also use Paclite to transfer our gear between stops.
Anyone welcome, pace will be modest since we are not racing whippets (to say the least!), objective is to enjoy it, have a good craic, and maybe a couple of pints en route! ๐
e-mail in the profile if you are interested in coming along.
cheers
S

No worries Nick, just let me know, what size frame are you? I have a spare hardtail (large) if you want to borrow?
teetosugars you up glasgow way? you need to pop in to say hello and have a couple of beers. You can crash at mine on the Friday if you need somewhere to stay.
Scotabroad- that's a good way & the right stops to do it. the Drovers will be a good hoot on the Saturday- it's probably got the best atmosphere on the WHW
Anyone else?
