I don't think it happened last year, pretty sure is was even more expensive last time (£70ish?) maybe this scared the entries 'cos it's now down to £60.
I still think it's top price for a new untried event,

I notice 'festival goers' also pay £60, but it's not clear whether pit/support-crew would count as 'festival goers', if so then that will deter many.
