Looks ace! Is it a deep maletallic blue or purple? Hard to tell on my phone screen..

The powdercoating was done by LSN in Castleford, £40 for the 3 frame pieces. Front triangle in candy purple and the rear stays in candy graphite, so they sparkle in the sun. Good job on the colour but there masking was dreadful so left me a lot of work on reassembly.

Only retro as I didn't want anyone to confuse it with the new 275 rockets arriving.

I'll get some pictures of it out in the sun if we get any this week.

The colours make the back look super skinny 🙂

Interesting. Main colour does suit the thin steel.

Needs a 600mm wide handlebar, 140mm stem and amberwall tyres if you're serious abotu the retro thing though.

And lose that rear wheel obvs.

Lovely looking bike, nice and simple, not too fussy.

How many of the original rockets were made? You don't see many (any) for sale or photos posted etc.

I'd really like one, or an Orange ST4

Nice colour.. Not sure on rear wheel graphics mind you.

I'm looking for an ST4 aswell Core.. Sold one a few years back! Wish I hadn't as it was superb up, down and along. Yet to spot a 16" frame for sale..

Some do come up for sale, I bought one recently however I got lucky as it wasn't posted in a for sale ad!

Nice bike but it looks like you snapped the swing arm and got given the only colour they had left.
