I'm planning to use some JAGWIRE SLICK LUBE LINER to put over the existing old cable when removing so I have a pull through for the new cable. One question i have - is the cable completely bare inside the frame or could/should I leave the jagwire on inside the frame?

If it is like the TCR Advanced I just disassembled, then it will have a long internal liner from the entry point. Pull it out at your peril. I presume there is a plate under the BB for access and guidance? The liner is that long.

Yes it has a sleeve showing under the BB plate. Does this mean i can just pull the whole WIRE cable right out the top tube and the the new one will be slide down inside the old sleeve?
